TDA is a dedicated scouting and development agency, signing scouted new faces at the very beginning of their careers and building their first portfolios before they move up to the main boards. We scout across every age, size, ethnicity and look, then develop deliberately: early test shoots, honest feedback and first commercial, fashion and e-commerce bookings that grow experience the right way. Scouting is how we keep the diverse, commercial roster the agency is known for fresh, and a scouted new face is the first place a brand should look for talent nobody has seen yet.
