TDA was founded in 2016 because the board at every agency we walked into looked roughly the same. Ten years on, we book into Vogue, Burberry, Fenty and the BBC — and the board still looks like London.
We develop our own talent, we run our own film arm (Allied Artists), and we stay independent on purpose.
