Today I took myself to dance with the big girls & boys (something I’ve not done in years & years) I was nervous, I was scared but I just wanted to dance.

I went there for me and I LOVED it ! (It was a definite physical push 🤣 and I’d forgot how hard it is to stand on one leg in heels 🤣) but I survived and I’ll be back!
