A Facebook memory reminded me our beautiful American Shorthair cat, called Beau, who sadly died last year. We do miss that darling boy.

I had another fabulous day filming @tracingtherails in Southwater, West Sussex.

This episode is well on the way, with a premier on YouTube in the summer, and on TV later in the year.

I find the variation of people remarkable.

We are all different sizes, shapes, and builds, and to some extent we can influence or change some of those factors

But with hair... there is little you can do to alter what you're given.

I started to go bald in my late 20s. As a gay man, this was a real challenge for me. Three decades later, I still look at men with gorgeous hair with envy.

In many ways, it's one of the reasons I hit the gym. I wagered that it might lower people's eye line as a distraction from my shiny head if they're looking at me.. 🙈

I have embraced my grey beard and I now love my chest hair (having shaved it for much of my early adult life) but I would swap that for nice hair on my head!!

Anyone want to swap??

More progress on the garden renovation.

The conservatory has been made smaller to make a larger outdoor area.

The old floor had to be broken up and lowered. Three days working in the sun with a concrete breaker 🥵
