You don't need endless exercises to build your arms. If you're limited on time, a pair of dumbbells is more than enough to train them effectively.

Focusing on movements that challenge the muscle in a lengthened (stretched) position may be slightly more effective for growth.

Trying to get lean but constantly hungry

One of the biggest mistakes people make is choosing foods that burn through their calories too quickly.If your goal is to get lean, focus on lower calorie-dense foods, lean proteins, and lower calorie snacks.

More volume, fewer calories.

This helps you stay fuller for longer and makes a calorie deficit much easier to stick to.
Some foods make it easier to stay consistent without feeling restricted.

Get this right, and everything becomes more sustainable.

i put off getting in shape for so long
not because i didn’t want it but because deep down… i didn’t trust myself to stick to it

i convinced myself i was too busy that i just needed more discipline
that i wasn’t ready to commit…

it wasn’t until i realised this, that things finally changed.
